You can delete your account anytime from the app's settings.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Culivo offers monthly and yearly subscriptions for premium features. Payments are handled via your app store and renew automatically unless canceled. Free trials may be offered. All purchases are final unless required by law.

4. User Content

You may create or upload content (like recipes or comments). You keep ownership of your content, but you give us permission to use it to run and improve the app. Don't post anything harmful, illegal, or inappropriate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App. That includes spamming, hacking, impersonating others, or trying to reverse-engineer the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The Culivo name, logo, and all app content belong to us or our partners. Don't use them without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

We may link to third-party sites or services. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimers

Culivo provides recipe and nutrition info for reference only. Always check ingredients if you have allergies or dietary needs. We do our best, but AI-generated content may not always be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the App.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept any changes.

11. Disputes

Disputes will be handled through binding arbitration.

12. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
